Home Health Maintenance Therapy is a service provided by a qualified Physical Therapist.  There are instances when rehabilitative physical therapy is completed and a patient is discharged from services.  However, if it is determined that a patient’s function would decline without exercises and mobility training, Landmark can offer Maintenance Therapy.  Maintenance Therapy is provided by a skilled Physical Therapist to ensure that the patient’s level of function continues to improve or stabilizes & reduces the possibility of a decline in function.

 

Landmark Home Health will take into consideration the patient’s clinical condition, their supportive network & the complexity of treatment to determine the frequency and duration of services.
